Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are DELICIOUS... but not very beautiful.

"It's what is on the inside that counts"

- Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies -
About 90 calories and 1.75g fat per cookie

1 can (15oz) Pumpkin Pie Puree

1 Tbsp - Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 box - Spice Cake mix

1 bag - Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Add all ingredients in large bowl. Mix.

Place heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet coated in NON-STICK SPRAY (otherwise they won't come off)!

Bake. 350 degrees for about 10-15min (depending on how big they are).

NOTE: The cookies will come out looking just like they do when you put them on the pan. They don't flatten and smooth out.

My husband said, "These are the ugliest and best tasting pumpkin cookies I've ever had!"  (hehehe)

P.S. If you don't have Pumpkin Pie Spice, you can use 15oz of pumpkin puree that already has the spices in it (like Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix).
